Before You Apply
Who can apply, and do I need a big following?
Anyone 18 or over in the U.S. who has ordered from Diyona can apply, and there is no follower minimum. We care more about whether people trust you than how many of them there are. A real unboxing shared with a few hundred friends can do more than a polished post to strangers. Tell us what you ordered in the application. A piece in hand is the easiest content to make.
How does my code work?
Once you are approved you get a code made from your name, like SARAH50, and a personal link. Anyone who enters the code at checkout on diyona.com gets $50 off on orders of $400 or more, and the order is credited to you. The link does the same thing with nothing to type. It works on diyona.com only, not in TikTok Shop or a live auction.
How and when do I get paid?
Every order placed with your code or link earns 10% of the order value in cash. Rewards are paid through Shopify Collabs about twice a month, once the order’s 30-day return window has closed and your balance is at least $25. Log in any time to see the orders credited to you and what you have earned.
Can I use my code on my own orders?
No. Your code is for other people, and orders you place with it yourself do not earn a reward. Give it to a friend instead and let it work the way it is meant to.
Will Diyona send me free product to post about?
Our team decides that case by case, after approval. The program is built around the piece you already own, so free product is never part of the application. Now and then we send a stone or a piece to a creator whose work we love.
Do I have to say that I earn a reward when I post?
Yes, every time. That is the law, not a house rule. Put #ad or a plain line like “I earn a reward when you use my code” where people will see it before they tap. It also happens to be what makes people trust a recommendation.
What should I say about Diyona?
Whatever is true for you. How do I log in later, or get help?
Use the Log in link under the Apply button on this page. It opens your Shopify Collabs account with your code, your link, and the orders credited to you. For anything else, write to care@diyona.com and put Creator in the subject line. The Diyona team reads every message.
