Domestic Shipping

All orders within the United States ship free via UPS 2-Day Air. Every package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.

In-Stock Items

Orders placed before 1 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day or within 1-4 business days.

Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days

Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order pieces require approximately 15 business days for production before shipping.

Estimated delivery: 15-19 business days

Signature required: All shipments require a signature at delivery. If you are not available, UPS will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a nearby UPS facility for pickup.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Diyona has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 1 PM ET or on weekends will be processed the next business day

During peak periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

Address changes must be requested before the order ships by contacting us
