Our Promise
Every Diyona piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans and inspected at more than one stage before it leaves our U.S. studio. We back all of it with a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty, whatever the price or the type of item: if a defect ever turns up, we repair the piece or replace it. Your lab-grown diamond is covered too, to stay as bright and colorless as the day you got it, with no clouding or fading under normal wear. The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase, applies to purchases made directly from Diyona, and can pass to a new owner along with the original order confirmation.
How It’s Made
Every Diyona ring is handmade by our artisans — watch one come to life.
What the Warranty Covers
The Lifetime Warranty covers defects in how a piece was made. Everyday accidents and ordinary wear are a different story, and we’ve been straight about that below.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Loose or missing stones from a setting failure
- Structural issues with the piece
- Clasp and closure malfunctions
- Clouding or fading of a lab-grown diamond’s optical properties
For anything on this list, we repair the piece or replace it, and we cover shipping in both directions.
Not Covered
- General wear, scratching, or trauma
- Lost center stones, lost pieces, or theft
- Discoloration from chemicals, perfume, pools, or hot tubs
- Prong thinning from regular wear
- Stone loss caused by trauma or damage
Most of these can still be put right by our team. See Repairs & Maintenance below, and consider insuring your ring for loss, theft, and accidental damage.
Important
Any repair or alteration performed by a jeweler other than Diyona voids your warranty, even for an issue unrelated to that work. If something needs attention, reach out to us first.
How a Warranty Claim Works
Damaged jewelry is stressful. The process on our end is short, and we cover the shipping.
01
Reach Out
Email care@diyona.com with your order number, a few photos or a short video of the issue, and a quick note on what happened.
02
We Review It
Our quality team checks whether the issue is a covered defect. If it is, we email you a prepaid, insured shipping label for our U.S. repair facility.
03
We Resolve It
We repair the piece or replace it and ship it back to you free of charge. Most warranty repairs take about 10 to 14 business days, depending on how involved the fix is.
If the damage turns out not to be covered, we’ll email you a repair estimate first. Nothing happens until you approve it.
A Good Rule of Thumb
If It Happens Months Later, It’s Usually Wear, Not a Defect.
If a ring develops a problem more than about four months after it arrives, that’s almost always a sign of normal wear rather than a manufacturing defect. Rings take more of a beating than most people realize. Everyday things like lifting weights, clapping, or carrying groceries put pressure on the inner band and slowly change its shape.
When a ring goes slightly out of round, it can loosen the prongs that hold your stones. That’s one of the most common reasons a stone shifts or falls out over time, and it’s completely normal. It also isn’t a defect, so a repair like that is handled the way any maintenance is, not as a warranty claim.
To keep it looking its best
- Take it off before workouts, cleaning, gardening, or any heavy hand activity.
- Store it somewhere safe rather than loose with other jewelry.
- Keep it away from chemicals, lotions, pools, and hot tubs.
- If something feels loose, stop wearing it and email us a photo.
Think of it like caring for a favorite watch, something you wear proudly but protect when it makes sense.
Every claim is reviewed by our quality team using standard professional jeweler inspection methods, precision measurement tools, and recognized gemological practices, and the assessment is at our discretion. Tiny tool marks or surface features that are only visible under magnification are within the normal tolerances of handcrafted jewelry, not manufacturing defects.

A word on insurance
Insure Your Ring for the Rest.
We recommend insuring your jewelry for loss, theft, and catastrophic damage, including chipping, cracking, or breaking a center stone. Diamonds are very durable, but they aren’t indestructible. A rider on a homeowner’s or renter’s policy, or a dedicated jewelry policy, covers what the warranty doesn’t.
How Diyona Handles It
The warranty is one piece of it. Here’s the rest of what comes with a Diyona ring.
