Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for return under the same terms
Return Limits
Our return policy is designed for genuine changes of mind or fit — not for comparison shopping. To keep our pricing fair for every customer, returns should not be used as a way to order multiple pieces with the intention of evaluating them side by side and sending most of them back.
A maximum of two (2) items may be returned per customer within any 30-day period
This limit applies at the order level — even if an order contains more than two items, no more than two of them may be returned
Returns made for the purpose of comparison shopping may not be accepted
How to Return
Ship It Back
We'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
Return shipping within the U.S. is always free. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow the following for processing:
Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive the item
Refund processing: 1-2 business days after inspection is approved
Bank/card statement: 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution
Total estimated time from return receipt to statement credit is 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Custom-Designed Items
Final Sale
Custom-designed items — fully custom, one-of-a-kind pieces created in collaboration with our design team — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any item that has been personalized, engraved, or designed to your unique specifications. Please double-check all details before placing a custom order.
Made-to-order items are returnable. Standard ring settings that are crafted when ordered (such as choosing a Classic Solitaire in 14K White Gold) are not considered custom and follow our standard 30-day return policy.
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies as custom-designed, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
