Frequently Asked Questions
Lab-grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin — they are created in controlled laboratory conditions rather than extracted from the earth, resulting in a significantly lower environmental impact and more accessible pricing.
Your ring is made to order: once your order is placed, your loose diamond is sourced and our jewelers set it in your chosen setting. The estimated arrival dates for your diamond and finished ring are shown above. Every order ships via free UPS 2 Day shipping, is fully insured, and requires a signature upon delivery.
Yes. Every diamond is independently graded and comes with a certificate from a leading laboratory such as IGI, GIA, or GCAL. Your diamond's lab and certificate number are shown on its card above, and the certificate ships with your ring.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. To start a return, email care@diyona.com with your order number and a free prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. orders. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Custom-designed items are final sale.
Clean your ring regularly with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft brush. Soak for 20–30 minutes, gently brush around the stones and band, then rinse and pat dry. Professional cleaning is recommended once a year. White-gold settings benefit from occasional rhodium re-plating to maintain their bright finish.
