Delivery Details

Signature required. All deliveries require a signature. You may authorize a signature release or designate someone to sign on your behalf by contacting us before delivery.

Physical addresses only. We ship to home and business addresses. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Address changes. Shipping addresses cannot be changed or redirected after an order is placed for security purposes.

Missed deliveries. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. After that, your package will be held at a local UPS store. If not picked up, it will be returned to Diyona and we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Insurance. All shipments are fully insured. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Delays. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Diyona jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method.

What's Eligible

Items must not be broken or damaged by the customer. We do accept items that have been opened and worn — we understand you need to try on your jewelry to see if it's perfect.

Custom-made items are final sale. Because custom pieces are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

International returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Cancellations & Modifications

Changed your mind? Email care@diyona.com with your order number as soon as possible. The faster you reach out, the better chance we have of catching your order before it enters production.

Before Your Order Starts Processing

We'll cancel or modify your order right away and send a confirmation email once it's done. No hassle, no questions asked.

After Your Order Has Started Processing

Because we source diamonds and begin production quickly to meet your shipping estimate, cancellation may not be possible once your order enters our queue. We'll always try our best to accommodate — but we can't guarantee it.

If we're unable to cancel in time, your order will ship as scheduled and we'll send you a prepaid return label right away. You can return it under our 30-day return policy with zero hassle, and your refund will process as soon as we receive the item back.

Modifications

Need to change a ring size, engraving, or other detail? Reach out as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Please note that shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.

Tip: Contact us within a few hours of placing your order for the best chance of cancelling. Include your order number in the subject line for the fastest response.

Email care@diyona.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team of trained jewelers will assess the item and determine the best resolution — whether that's a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Damaged in transit? All shipments are fully insured. If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost.

We're proud to ship internationally via UPS International Economy (2–5 business days) to 13 countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
