We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. To start a return, email care@diyona.com with your order number and a free prepaid return label will be provided for U.S. orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item and issued to your original payment method. Custom-designed items are final sale.
