After checkout we email you a prepaid, fully insured shipping label, ready to print. Pack your diamond in the padded mailer we send and drop it off at the location shown on your label (a nearby carrier or your local post office). We email you when it ships and again the moment we receive it.
Your ring is made to order and typically arrives about 2 to 3 weeks after we receive and verify your diamond. Your ship date is posted to your order tracking, so you can follow it the whole way. Finished orders ship fully insured with a signature required on delivery.
You bought your diamond separately, and we build your ring to order around it, so this is a final sale. Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned. Your diamond stays yours throughout, fully insured from the moment it reaches us, and the setting is backed by our lifetime warranty.
